SIGMACHARI APP: DATA COLLECTED

Email/password: collected for authentication purposes, to link purchases, to send you community access & to allow support tickets for your account.

Purchase data: When you make a purchase, we keep the details of the transaction.

Crash/Error Data: We collect anonymous crash reports and failure logs from the app, so bugs can be fixed. Logs are not collected when the app is functioning correctly.

Feature Usage: We collect logs when a feature is accessed, e.g. when the Urge Surf button is clicked. The data is not linked to your identity, we do this so we know which features to improve and/or remove.

AI Chatbots: When you message the AI Coaches in the app, the message is encrypted and then sent to OpenAI or Anthropic – NO PERSONAL IDENTIFIABLE DATA IS SENT ALSO UNLESS YOU PUT IT IN THE MESSAGE- data sharing is switched off with both of those 3rd parties – so we have not authorised them to save your messages – however they may have their own data retention policies, due to recent litigation and legal requirements by government. By default, abuse monitoring logs are generated for all API feature usage and retained for up to 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain the logs for longer.“”

Both those 3rd parties charge us for using their models, so we log the cost that they charge us for your messages, this data is linked to your account but doesn’t include the message content, only the $ cost.

In addition, Sigmachari does not store your messages, unless you choose to enable the “memory” checkbox, in which case “we” (and not any 3rd parties) store the “memory” that you have built up with the chatbot, on “our” servers (not 3rd party). You can delete this memory at any time, by clicking “Delete AI Memory” in the chatbot.

SIGMACHARI APP: HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We do not work with third parties or sell your data.

We use Google/Amazon Hosting to host your data – The data you submit to us is encrypted as it is uploaded to Cloud Storage.

We may disclose your data to: (i) comply with a legal process, such as a court order, subpoena or search warrant, government / law enforcement investigation or other legal requirements; (ii) assist in the prevention or detection of crime; (iii) protect the safety of any person; and (iv) establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

SIGMACHARI APP: DATA RETENTION

Post account closure, we may retain limited data: to comply with tax/accounting regulations, consent acceptance for legal compliance reasons, support tickets, data required to stop banned persons from creating new accounts, data involved in litigation.

SIGMACHARI APP: Data & ACCOUNT DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

There is a button at the bottom of the dashboard for account deletion. This will be enacted within 30 days to protect Sigmachari against fraud, litigation, AI safety etc.

Your AI Memory can be deleted immediately by using the “Delete AI Memory”.
